I hold a profound passion for the hospitality industry. I believe that our role entails delivering a distinctive experience to our guests. Consequently, I consistently strive for self-improvement, aiming to be better than I was yesterday!

When I was 20, I kicked off my career as a financial advisor! But what I quickly realized was that, despite enjoying my work, as I traveled around different Italian cities, it was tough to make friends and truly connect with locals. So, back in 2014, I took on a gig as a waiter for a small non-profit organization on weekends. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer. I started forming new connections, feeling more rooted in my community, and finding fulfillment in a "job" that let me give people memorable experiences. From then on, I took on various part-time gigs, from waiting tables to running orders. Then one day, when a bartender called in sick, the manager asked me to step behind the bar and help out. I had zero experience mixing drinks—I didn't know my vodka from my gin, let alone how to shake a cocktail or measure out ingredients! So, I dove into crash courses to boost everyone's satisfaction, both guests and employers alike. Post-pandemic, between 2021 and 2023, I honed my skills as a bartender across different venues. And during the spring and summer of 2022 and 2023, I got the chance to be the Bar Manager at a small beach bar near the sea. I was lucky enough to work alongside Mauro Suman, a member of AIBES and the 2023 Best Italian Bartender, who taught me to work efficiently, keep things neat and clean, and still deliver top-notch service. And I juggled all this while still holding down my financial advisor job. But eventually, I reached a crossroads: which job to give up? The decision came naturally. At the end of last summer I realized the importance of beefing up my English skills, so I embarked on a six-month adventure, splitting my time between San Francisco and London, where I ended up graduating from EBS! And now, I'm on the lookout for my next adventure!
